A note on Covid-19 and our response.
While our office premises is closed, ICT Project Management remains open for business and are here to support our clients in this challenging period. We have made an investment in the safety of our engineering team and all members of staff are working from home where possible.
In order to minimise any potential business disruption for you in terms of engaging with us as a result of the COVID-19 virus, we ask you to please log a support ticket directly with the helpdesk using this link or via email to helpdesk@ict-pro.com. Our phone lines remain open for support and other admin calls.
When necassary, our on site support engineers can visit client sites, and we adhere to strict safety protocols in line with Government guidelines. We ask any visitors to our office to please adhere to public safety protocols to stop the spread of Covid-19.
