Network Support Engineer
As a Network Support Engineer, you will have a proven track record/background in Networking, Server & Desktop Support. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the end user experience, acting as an effective point of contact for our business to the business customers whilst ensuring customer service standards represent value to the business.
Primarily office based, and providing remote support, there is an onsite component to this role and excellent customer facing skills are essential. A clean drivers license is expected.
You will be working primarily with the following technologies (Essential)
*Degree qualified and/or relevant IT certification (CCNA, Network+)
*Configuration of switches and routers and identifying where issues are
*Diagnosis of configuration errors
*Networking: Data Cabling, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
*Fundamentals behind networking, server and storage technology.
*Cloud based systems – Microsoft Office365, Google Apps, AntiSpam
*Understanding of support team / department working practices
*Working with ticketing and reporting systems.
Based in Dublin, but working with a wide range of international clients.
